NAS was able to service my truck within 2 days of calling them. They completed the service and brake repair the same day. I was alerted via text with the results of the service and the estimate for repair which I was very easily able to sign via that text link. Very convenient! The price was very fair and the staff was a pleasure. Great guys! Will be bringing all of the trucks in my fleet and my personal vehicles to these guys. I definitely recommend this business!

I had an excellent experience at Novato Auto Service. Scott, the mechanic (and I believe the owner), is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I brought in my Chevy Equinox because the engine sounded much louder than usual. Scott quickly diagnosed the issue which was a corroded exhaust flange and explained exactly what needed to be done. What really impressed me was how fast and professional he was. Even though I showed up without an appointment and he had a busy schedule, he still managed to fit me in the same day. he had everything repaired at a very reasonable price. Before coming here, I had stopped by the dealership across the street, and they wanted $275 just for a diagnosis(before touching the actual repair). Re: Novato Auto Service Scott did and always does a fantastic fob on my vehicles. This particular job, takes the cake! My heating/cooling coil spring a fluid leak. Scott had to remove the 2 front seats, the console, steering wheel and column, entire dash, just to get access. He then replaced the coil and reassembled everything. When I picked up my truck, you would never had known there was any work done. Kudos to Scott!!!
