Poor customer service cutting corners they gave me my car back with poor quality work don’t trust these guys I repeat don’t trust them with ur car they are driving ur cars home my car came back with a scratched rim and more small details that should not be and they showed racism and told me not to come back after I confronted them about their work. I brought my 2025 Honda Accord to Barnett’s after someone backed into it, expecting professional service. Instead, they kept my car for 3 weeks and returned it with new damage—broken back glass, compound smeared all over, and stains in the ceiling. It looked worse than when I dropped it off. As a Black woman, I felt completely disregarded. Dylan, the shop manager, and Austin White, the building manger acted like I wasn’t even a customer. When I came to discuss the damage, I was told Austin was “with a customer”—as if I didn’t qualify. The energy was unprofessional and condescending. Iam beyond pleased with the service and quality and quick repair to my truck. Special appreciation to Amanda for her friendly but professional disposition. I especially appreciate the detailed exterior and interior cleaning of my truck,it looked better than when I bought it and drove it off Ford's parking lot. I had to use Barnett’s because they have contract with our Auto Insurance. We dropped the car off with an expectation to have the car completed within 2 weeks from their initial estimated completion date. From the beginning they didn’t plan the job properly. Parts were not ordered all at the same time, and the whole process was delayed 2 weeks. There was no communication on the delay until I called them. It’s very unprofessional how they handle their business. Also they did more unnecessary repairs to the car than what needed to be done and neglected the mechanical issue and told me to have it done at a dealership. They were recommended and I really hate I allowed them to service my vehicle. Body work and a front end alignment was the service. My car ran smooth prior to service. I questioned if they even did the front end alignment, but charged me for it, every time I hit my brakes. My vehicle shakes really bad, and I had no lights on in my dashboard, now lights are lite up, and my rotation light for wheels has started popping up, saying need to be serviced.
