I went to Crash Champions in Byram to see if they could repair the driver's side window switch in my older model Pilot. It was an urgent matter as rain was expected in the forecast that weekend and my window was down! Conner assisted with what turned out to be a "quick fix". The part was ordered, received & put in the next day. Although I didn't get to meet Sherry, she coordinated well via phone. I'm very pleased & appreciate the team. Thx again Crash Champions-Byram.

My experience with Capital Body Shop was excellent. They repaired my SUV and it looks like a brand new vehicle. The staff was very courteous, polite and professional. Conner did the estimated cost for the damages to my vehicle, he was so courteous, helpful, and polite. He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Any questions I had, he always had an answer. Just picked up my SUV from Justin Ainsworth at Capitol. Couldn’t be more pleased with their body work and customer service. Their prices are very reasonable as well!
