Castrol Premium Lube Express

I have had my 2024 vehicle for a little over a year now and I normally would get my oil changes at the dealership but this one particular time I didn’t go since I stay down the street and would be paying just about the same for the services here at Rapid oil change. I have never been told any problems with my vehicle long as I have had it. Now I go here for my oil change and tire rotation I have problems. I was told I have an oil leak and my tires are spreading that I need new tires so they did not rotate my tires. They tried to price check for me new tires. Well I didn’t think that was correct so I went where I normally would go which is my dealership. The dealership said they have never had or heard of any oil leaks with my type of vehicle and this would be the first one they had. They t

Customer Service great, waited no more than 15-20mins due to a couple cars ahead of me(this was expected on a Sat). Discounts great. Teamwork awesome.

They are not open until 5 in the morning. They need to change their business hours because that is misleading.

So satisfied with service, customer service, polite in explaitning each stage of oil change. And the price's is mind blowing 🤯. The next day I took my daughter TRUCK. THANK YOU TAKE 5
