Great People and honest. They do what they say they're going to do and nothing more without notifying the customer first. They have fair pricing and do not overcharge for any repairs.

Called & spoke w/Josh a few days before taking my car in & got a rough estimate ($60.) Took it in a few days later, dropped it off they had it for about 6 hrs & called to say repairs were done. Went to pick it up & the total for the repair had gone up to $147.57. No one (Josh) gave me a courstey call, to get my approval on the cost increase. They just surprised me with the new exuberant price @ checkout. Bad business practice!!!! They do not have my trust & nor will they ever have my business again!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Great atmosphere! Got here before 8 and was offered coffee and listened to food conversation while truck being checked to insure they work done was holding up good. Quality, trustworthy, good people working here!

Talking about a GOD sent man. I have lived in the Byram area for 20 years and I never knew the BEST MECHANIC was down the street from me. Took it to him Tuesday and the next day he had me up and running again. He kept me informed and the price was great compared to the others. Had a donut tire and was able to drop my car off, get the old tire patched, and was back on the road in 30 minutes for a great price. Awesome experience, I can't suggest Richard's enough!
