We were driving the highway towing our rv when our pickup truck died. After our insurance send us twice the wrong size towing truck, the police called Barstow automotive and towing for us, they came quickly, got us of the highway easily, helped us get our car to the shop. They are super nice and helpful!

I broke a wheel hub on my boat trailer coming home from Laughlin on the 40W, 7 miles east of Ludlow at 6:30am. I called a few of tow companies. One didn't answer, one said they couldn't handle my boat because it would need a Landoll Trailer and another other said they could get to me in 2 hours, but they didn't have a driver available for 5 hours!! Since I was on a curve and by myself in the middle of July, I called CHP and they told me they would send someone out. Patrick showed up in 45 minutes and had my boat on his flatbed in about 30 minutes. He had to make several adjustments wenching it up because the broken hub wheel was sitting at a 45° angle and pulling the trailer to the right. Excellent tow company very nice people. My car had been impounded by highway patrol for having expired tags. I couldn’t afford to get it out. So I went and got my belongings from the car. The tow truck driver was very helpful with grate customer service. Was glad to see my wallet, cell phone and all my belongings were there in the car where I left them. 100% honest and trustworthy people that operate this business.

We blew a tire on the 58, called one company they wanted to charge us 800 dollars for a tow. I said no. Highway patrol stoped and helped us find a good company, 200 bucks! Amazing services very fast and rhe guy was pretty nice. No complaints here. Thank you Barstow Automotive and Towing

I recently called because my car wasn't boosting right, come to find out a vacuum hose came loose. When the tow truck got there I asked Tony, the driver if there was anyway he could help me get it back on. Without hesitation he had it on the jack. He even put on a new clamp to help it stay on. Before I could blink I was back on the road. Got to say good genuine people and great customer service don't come often. Tony made my day way better than what it would've been. Thanks again 👍
