Barstow Tire & Brake

Traveling and brakes were going out! My van is my house plus I have a dog so having to separate from it is a pain in the behind BUT the gentleman at Barstow Tire had me in and out within 3hrs and were well versed in the Promaster models. Obviously if it’s a big repair things can take longer, but they are well stocked and work fast so my brakes along with a lug nut issue were solved and I was able to get back on the road to continue my trip and sleep under the stars! Thank you SO much guys, that meant so much to me!

So disappointed today. I've been coming here for years and have always trusted these guys. I hit a speed bump too hard and had a wobble in my wheel. Went in on Saturday to see if they could look at it and do a smog and I needed a tranmission flush, but they were too busy. Asked me to come back on Tuesday (today) so I came back. Told them I didn't need the transmission flush just the wheel wobble and smog. They said they were too busy again. When I explained I was already asked to come back they just said they can't predict how busy they will be. So I asked how I got on the list to be in the cue and they said I needed to leave the car with them. Which I would have done Saturday if it meant I would have been seen today. If I could I would give them zero stars. My vehicle was purchased brand new off the lot in January of 2017. And has never had the check engine light on till 6 months ago. It so happened like most turbos they tend to start failing around 8-9 years in. So I located a certified car repair shop who did an amazing job fixing my car. That has been the only time I have ever had a major repair under the hood. So about 6 years ago I had purchased a reusable air filter for my vehicle and have had ever since. I recently took my vehicle to the Barstow brake and tire and asked them for an oil change. Which was very cheap.
