Yes the guy helped me with a battery thats why the get 1 star. I went there for an inspection and emmissions and was told that I need breaks and rotors all around and a tie rod to pass inspection. I went to flynn in Carnegie since I get a discount there and they said my car needs NOTHING to pass inspection my break pads still have a good bit of life left on them and there is nothing wrong with the rest of my car. DONT GO HERE

if i could rate higher i would. Amazing service. I’ve been having troubles with my car, maintained them enough to be able to drive to college 4 hrs away, started having problems again and was constantly anxious driving my car. Took it to another mechanic and was quoted 600$. This obviously made me upset but from some sort of grace of god i found this place. I can not express how appreciative i am of Mr. Bates. He truly helped me out for way less than i was quoted by the other mechanic and eased my worries. I was able to drive 4hrs home for thanksgiving and back to college no problems. If you need work done i highly recommend. I felt cared for and like family!

Finally I have found a mechanic that is honest and trustworthy! Norman was recommended to me for our dodge journey and now he works on all of our cars. He responds as quickly as possible and is very thorough with his work. In fact, he was able to fix a problem that others were not. He has the best prices around. I have recommended Norman to my family and friends and will never go anywhere else.

They went above and beyond in everything! Made us feel so at ease when I was stressed about being broken down while out of state. Got us back on the road on a Saturday and even worked past their work hours to ensure we would be safe on our travels back home. Had a great rapport with my teenage daughter and I while we waited.
