Almost a year ago, Rusty's helped me troubleshoot an inoperable radiator fan. They took the time to do it right and took a very deep dive into the issue. In the end one relay was faulty and we all learned that early models (at least) of the 4th generation Ford Expeditions were programed to run hot (high speed fan only turns on above 210-212 degrees) unlike the F150s. I appreciated their diligence and for a bit we were all stumped on the issue for the high temp until fan turn on. I'm not sure a ford dealership would have spent the time on this like Rusty's did and I would trust them with doing solid diagnostic work for me in the future.

The crew at Rusty's are second to none. They treat you fairly and with respect. They will do whatever they can to help you and do their best to understand the situation you may be in, whatever that may be. I get to interact with them both as a customer and as a first responder and I can say, without any reservations, they are first class. Amazing experience! 10/10 recommend. I was traveling through PA and got a flat tire, called the shop late in the evening and they went above and beyond to make sure I was in and out as quickly as possible the next day. Additionally as a female, traveling alone with no car/tire knowledge - I felt like I was getting the best, honest service. Gave me true recommendations, with varying price points and didn't try to upsell. Great shop!

Called the shop and explained my battery issue. They Immediately stated come in and we will take care of it. Stopped in, they took me right away. In 30 mins had a brand-new battery and was out the door. So grateful to have an auto shop like Rusty's, and I cannot thank them enough!! Cory and the Team are AWESOME!!!!! Blessings to you all. :)
