I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Bill! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — friendly, professional, and super helpful the entire time. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Bill definitely does. My car looks amazing, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and positive attitude. Highly recommend!

This place used to be great when it first opened but it is quickly gone downhill. They are never open anytime you ask the employees it's always a computer problem or gate problem or they don't want to work problem. The last time they had the cones in the front the girl wanted to play with a dog that some guy brought over. It's a complete waste of money at this point, no matter what time of day I try to go through there's always something going on and they're very rarely open. I've had a membership since they've opened, it's time to cancel.

When i arrived i was greeted by bill, a very informative and sweet guy. advised me on what kind of wash i should invest in and went the extra mile to help me get all the bug guts off my wagon. we left feeling proud of our clean volvo.

Kind of shocked that the wash I got was $27 I know their is member plans to make it cheaper monthly but I don’t go monthly.. and then not all the salt was off of my car around the windows and even under the car there was still a bunch of salt residue. So very disappointed in mod wash. That was my fist experience and the pricing was not shown anywhere until I showed up so yes I made the choice to purchase the $27 wash but I certainly won’t be headed back for the job it did..

Bill was the nicest person I’ve ever met! His service is impeccable, staff is friendly and the facility is top notch. Who wants to drive around in a dirty vehicle? Head to Mod Wash today for a budget friendly wash!
