Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Brought Jeep in to get washed, and one side didn’t get as clean as I liked, pointed it out to an attendant at the wash, and she said I could go back in. Went in a second round, and clean as a whistle. And, a second attentendent came and chatted to make sure I was satisfied. Yes , very satisfied. Thank you so much! We love it here.

This is easily the best car wash spot in Washington. They have employees who scrub your car down before you go into the car wash area and this really helps to get extra dirt off of your car. They have the best vacuums and they also have fresh rags and window cleaner as well. A nice, safe spot. Nicholas is a great employee here who explains the plan options to customers. 10/10 recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Washington close to Walmart.

After a few weeks of long distance winter commuting on I-79, my car was an absolute disaster. On a whim decided to give the Tidal Wave a shot. Not only did my car come out looking great with minimal wipe down with the provided towels, it was all done with the middle of the road $21 wash. Had a great chat with Addy as she shared a bit about the location. She was super kind and treated the place like she owned it! I’ll be back as it was a great experience all the way around!

This is by far the best carwash! Hunter at the Washington pa location is the reason I signed up for the subscription along with my husband. Hunter is a wonderful person that remembers who you are! Raymond is another person that works there as well. Everyone is so very polite and kind! I recommend everyone stop by for their tremendous service!

Took my truck through and the entire front end was covered in soap, the doors are speckled with mud, and my back end wasn’t even touched. I have never canceled a membership so fast. What a waste of money. Now this sticker they make you put on the inside of your windshield won’t even come off the glass. Oh - and there is no way to terminate your account online. The site freezes and glitches and doesn’t allow you to continue through and process the termination of your account. I would hope they’d see this review and cancel it for me, but I’m surely not holding my breath. All around disaster. Thanks for nothing
