I was so impressed by the customer service that Duane provided to me. I called for a serpentine belt and he had one. I tried to pay for it over the phone since I live in Central Point. They don't take payments over the phone, and he let my coworker pick up the belt and asked me to come in and pay for it once my truck was fixed, which I did. The store was clean and well stocked. Thank you Duane.

This place has been top notch since moving to Medford! Wasn’t sure what parts store I should use since moving. Had gone to several places for parts and decided this is my go to place. Jim has always been a big help with what I need and very personable along with the rest of the crew!

These guys are GREAT! Needed a new battery, like RIGHT NOW!! Had it in stock, charged a great price AND installed it right there. Guys at the front counter were very personable and actually a real pleasure to do business with. My new favorite auto parts store!! 👍👍😎
