Staff was friendly, very helpful. Someone came out to greet us soon as we got out of vehicle to ask how they could help us. Quick service, they offered coffee and had a popcorn machine for a snack while waiting and even mentioned where the restroom was, in case we needed to use it while waiting. Waiting area was comfy. Definitely recommend!

Fast friendly staff here. I went in yesterday for 4 new tires, and an alignment. Shim the manager does a great job at explaining the process and answering questions about products and services offered. Shim And his team kept me informed along the way with optional additional services with clear explanations. My car was done and ready to go on a Saturday morning before 10:30. Calm clean environment. Highly recommended.

Les Schwab Tire Center customer service is excellent 👌👌👍👍 John met me at my vehicle of which had low tires and filled them so I could drive and have my tires mounted. Furthermore granted me with a Veteran discount!!! Hell yeah

The manager (Shim) and his team are very easy to work with and have excellent customer service/communication skills. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Can't recommend them enough!

Made an appointment for 11 and they didn’t get my car on the rack until 12:30. If you like waiting for nothing while drinking garbage coffee and hoping the 19 year old service tech does his job, this is definitely your place. An alignment should not take 2+ hours.
