Scheduled appointment for transmission work. Cody explained a delay, apologized and gave me options. Chose to stay. The staff here is great. Never any pressure, keeps me informed. They tell me is anything else needs attention but never try to sell me. Keeps great records. Answers all my questions or concerns. Takes excellent care of my Roadtrek to keep me traveling. Great staff and service!!

Cody and Hayden have been nothing but polite, if not overly forthcoming about updating me on what’s going on. The problem is that they’ve had my 2014 promaster for 62 days now, with two transmissions installed that won’t shift out of gear. That’s nine weeks of renting cars, borrowing cars and asking friends for rides. God knows if I have any friends left. The current theories are either Jasper Engine and Transmission is supplying bad product, or that the original factory wiring on my vehicle was not done to spec, though vehical performed fine for the first 130k miles. Grrr..!!
