Employees there are a joke. Lazy and terrible customer service. Not the first time, but will be the last. Unfortunately not able to give zero stars. Only good thing Napa has is the #9 car of Chase Elliott!

Every time I call this place the people that are taking my calls have no clue what they are doing. Most of the time they don't even want to try to find the part I need. I worked at this place years ago and I know some of what they have there . I just called looking for a part I know they had when I worked there and the kid said he don't think they have the kit of assorted plungers anymore. I would have at least asked a manager if they still had it before telling me he thinks they got rid of it when the new owner bought the place. I only shop at Baxter now because of the lack of help finding and getting parts I need. I highly recommend going to Baxter across the street and see jim he will do everything in his power to get you what you need. I was loyal to napa 100% before then new owners to

Loved this experience! Trained professionals as listened to what I needed and not only found the parts for my '07 Pontiac but tech went out and put the air lifts for the tailgate on in 10 minutes time! Felt like the car was new again! Thank you to ALL!!

Don't shop this napa anymore the employees are rude and dont want to do there job 01/04/2026 the stor employee are rude and don't want to help anyone that comes into the store napa need to hire new and better people
