Absolutely 5 stars! I just bought my new F-150 and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I have a crazy, unpredictable schedule and they went out of their way to work around it on a holiday weekend (staying late and working on Saturday to make sure everything lined up perfectly for me). No pressure, no games, just honest people who wanted to earn my business the right way. The truck is everything I hoped it would be, but what really made the difference was how cared for I felt as a customer. Great experience, Brandon was awesome to work with, we had all the details worked out beforehand, we drove a pretty good distance to pick up our vehicle here because they had the model we wanted at a good price. They had everything ready to go when we arrived and we were able to be in and out in under an hour

This is the second truck I’ve bought from Makenzie and Bayer. It’s always smooth and easy with absolutely no BS games. Their service department is old school service too. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Bayer treats you like they’ve known you forever. I will definitely use them for everything that has to do with my vehicles.

I had great luck with a very attention to deal critical repair of the differential and bearings. Everything was done correctly will be going back even if its an hour round trip from my Hometown.
