I bought my truck from Bayer Motor Company about a year and half ago, and recently I hit a deer on my way to work. Tiffany at Bayer Collision Center went above and beyond for me. She handled all the communication with my insurance, stayed in constant contact, and kept me updated every step of the way. She even helped arrange a loaner so I could get back and forth to work without any hassle. The customer service and work done at Bayer Collision Center is truly exceptional so good that during this we bought my fiance a car from Bayer—I would rate it 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone!

Friendly from our first contact till the last. We worked with Tiffany, mostly by phone, we felt her smile and genuine interest in getting our needs taken care of every time. When we picked up our vehicle, she followed up by letting us know about other services they offer & invited us back for those future repairs. Very positive experience. We will be back!

I happened to have car trouble not long before passing through Comanche, and Bayer was the closest auto body shop that popped up on my map, so I headed straight there. When I pulled up I realized the shop was associated with a nearby car dealer and I was a little worried they wouldn’t be up for helping me, but it was a non-issue. Even though I hadn’t bought my car from them everyone was SO incredibly helpful. I was quickly taken care of, the issue with my car was resolved, and when I asked what I owed them for the trouble they waived off my offer. It only took a few minutes and screws, to be sure, but still! I would’ve happily paid something for the service they provided. I REALLY appreciated the level of customer service here. Every time I’ve needed something done since I’ve lived in Comanche I have used this place. They are very friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced and do not overcharge or cheat you. They worked with my insurance and on repairs where I haven’t had insurance they were extremely reasonable, they get the work done in a timely manner as well. When I’ve needed work done they have come to pick my car up at my work and brought it back to me when they were done. They communicate well about what needs to be done and how long it will take. They have saved me a lot of money by telling me the truth when other people have tried to overcharge me for the same thing or do more than I needed done. I’ve never been anything but pleased with them.

Bayer did a great job repairing my Jeep after a small collision….they called and kept me informed every step of the way and the Jeep looked wonderful when I picked it up…Monte and Tiffany are top notch!
