My son went to get oil changed before they closed. Two other cars waiting. As he sat there someone came out and placed a cone in front of the vehicle he was in and walked away without saying a word. He had to walk in and ask if that indicated that he couldn't get his oil changed. He was told it did. Guess the new owner doesn't need the business.

The 'change oil' light came on and my Father-in-law said let's go change it even though my husband had changed it two or three weeks ago and we hadn't drove it since. Went there, and he looks at it and says 'but y'all just changed it, ah! I'll bet it wasn't reset!' so he showed me how to reset it and sent us on our way instead of going ahead and changing the oil that didn't need to be changed and charging my FIL for something that didn't need to be done. And that's why I love going to Tom and Ollie's!!! Absolutely awesome people!!

Great service not expensive and the staff are top notch and very knowledgeable... great place for service!!!
