Bayside Auto Service

We got a flat tire at 8:30am in VA, drove on the spare all the way to Kent Narrows — in that time, they were able to price, get and put on a new tire that could get us back to southern VA, by 4pm. We were taking my elderly parents to a funeral, so the flat was already enough excitement for the day, btw shout out to Easy Rider Robbie and his granddaughter for helping us out on the side of 95. The lady that helped my partner was super empathetic and did everything she could to make sure we got safely home. She even offered to drive her back to the funeral and when she came back for pick up, asked about the service and checked in to see how she was doing. Great customer service. We made it back safely, thank you all so much again.

As someone who recently moved to MD, and who hasn’t ever been through the car inspection process, the people at Bayside Auto were so kind to answer all my questions and remained so patient with me through the process. I highly recommend them for all they do!!

Being a motorcycle mechanic, I'm very particular about who works on any of my vehicles. In most cases I will do the work my self. But I know my limitations, I can break a Street Glide down to the frame and put it together with no problem. But I do not possess the tools or knowledge to be able to do the same on all of my cars. When my 2014 Ford Escape developed a funny wobble and started making noise a friend recommended that I take my car to Matt at Bayside. I brought my car in, he diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in 2 days. He was more than fair with the pricing and the entire staff was courteous. My car was returned running as smooth as ever, and they even replaced a few of the valve stem caps that were missing. I highly recommend these guys, if you need something done right, for the ri

Amazing people they did great

Employees were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and finished all the work they've done on my car in a timely fashion. I had no problems with any of the work after it was done and was extremely happy with their job. I definitely recommend Bayside Auto to anyone looking for any auto services and maintenance.
