On my way to the beach I noticed one of my tires started making noises. This being the only shop open nearby I went and they quickly noticed my tires nuts were coming loose. They were able to get it fixed that same day and I was able to continue my trip to the beach. Real life savers! Owner and his family were all so nice and welcoming.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at White’s Auto Care in Chester, MD. Communication was terrible from the start — I had to call multiple times just to get updates on my vehicle. Never called to even say my car was ready I had to call and ask. When I finally picked it up, I noticed the job was sloppy: they forgot to reinstall covers and left rivets missing. It looked rushed and careless. On top of that, they overcharged me compared to the original estimate. When I asked about the extra charges and missing parts, the response was dismissive. I trusted them with my car and they let me down. Definitely won’t be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Super friendly guy who helped me jump start my car when I was broke down at Safeway. He helped explain some of the issues with driving on a bad battery and didn’t ask for anything in return.

I strongly recommend them, particularly if you happen to need an unexpected urgent repair in the Bay Bridge area at any time of day or night. We were about halfway from Ocean City to our home. Suddenly instead of normal acceleration my BMW began to react with trembling, check engine light went on. We stopped at a small shopping center. I called BMW road assistance. They instructed me to have a diagnostic scan at the nearest auto service. At the same time my wife asked for advice the driver of the car parked next to us. Traveling from upstate NY to VA for vacation, late on a Friday afternoon, the car started to shake and after pulling over we realized that 2 lug nuts on a back tire had broken off. We called our all over looking for anyone who could assist before Monday. This shop offered to stay open for us, (we arrived after 5pm), and he determined that every tire needed adjustments, with one needing replacement parts. He drove all over to find what we needed and then stayed open until 11pm completing the work to make sure our car was drivable for the rest of our trip. He and his team, consisting of his son and others, were professional and highly skilled. We are tremendously grateful for his skill and kindness, to ensure that we didn't need to stay in a hotel until Monday delaying our vacation. I would
