Island Imports did an awesome job! I spoke with Chris about getting an oil change and possibly new brakes for my Mercedes E350. After taking care of the oil change, Chris actually called me to say my brake pads still had plenty of life left—no need to replace them yet! I really appreciate their honesty and how they looked out for me instead of just making a sale. I’m definitely a customer for life now. Thanks so much, Chris and the whole Island Imports team!

Island Imports Auto is the BEST! They got my car fixed quickly and handled all of my general maintenance at the same time, which saved me so much hassle. Friendly, professional, and really knows their stuff. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was running like new before I left. Guy agreed to sell me a motor & sold it out from under me without telling me. I went to the bank, got the money, took off work and when I contacted him Friday about coming Saturday, he said it was sold. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. Dont believe this guy, his word means nothing. This is one more example that shows, you cant trust anybody. They lie.

I have 2 vintage BMWs. All maintenance on both is done by Island Imports. Routine service e.g. oil and filter changes and component replacements e.g. alternator, starter motor, and next week a thermostat and hose connection. They are competent and fair in their pricing. They need a TV and a coffee machine for their waiting room.
