Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced, many other shops declined and did not want to do it, I thought I was going to be in a bind and not be able to get them done by the time I needed, but I called Duty’s and they stepped in and got it taken care of for me. Fast service, good pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of any automotive work.

I've used Duty's off and on for about 18 years. Honestly, until last week never had any issues. I had them take a look at my front end. When 24 hours had passed and I hadn't heard back I placed a call to find out the status. I was put on the phone with one of the mechanics who told me I was all set to go! Not having agreed to work I asked what that meant. I was told I owed $70 as they changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the fluids. I explained that I had not requested that service, that I wanted to see what might be wrong with the front end. So it was put back into the hands of the mechanic. I waited another 90 minutes and called back. This time I was quoted $825 for front end work. When I asked why so much, I was simply told the parts alone were over $200 plus for each side, gi
