I brought my vehicle here for an estimate and was quoted $3,019 for the repair. I ultimately chose to get a second opinion from an out of town shop, which completed the same repair for $893. When I questioned the price difference, I was told, “That’s what insurance is for.” I found this response disappointing and not very transparent. While the staff was responsive, the pricing and explanation left me with concerns. I would encourage others to compare quotes before making a decision.

Broke down on the 4th of July near Manteo. Bayside towing came immediately to rescue us even though it was a holiday. Much cheaper than the others, also gave us a ride. Thank you so much.

Great service, great knowledge, great workmanship! A pleasure to interact with. Fixed tie-ros & ball-joint issues on my duolly diesel. They are the only place around that can align a duolly!
