Wanted to give a shout out to Jim and crew at Billy's! Had a heater hose let go on our 3500HD on our vacation. They had us in and out in a day and we are ready to get back on the road! Great, friendly service and highly recommend!

We started taking our vehicles to Billy's a few years ago and wish we had started going sooner. Always reasonable prices and great service.

Have a scheduled inspection at 10:00, I arrive, go into the office and let them know I'm here. Over the next 15 minutes all the workers just peak around the corner and stare at my truck. Not a single person actually does what they're supposed to do. I parked exactly where they told me to. Never going here again, this has happened before!

Twice I have tried to use this shop, after making an appointment 2 weeks out my tow truck driver gets turned away with my disabled vehicle on back. They will not even keep my vehicle on premise until they can work on it. They may be good mechanics but I'll never know. I just know they don't honor their appointment dates since this has happened twice in 12 months to me.
