Coastal Fast Lube and Tire Center

The best experience I've ever had getting a car inspection! I arrived early as I heard people line up, and there was a bit of a line. But the staff were incredibly fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. A lot of places will try to tell you that your car needs a bunch of stuff fixed to pass, and then charge you an arm and a leg to fix it, but not this place. I would definitely recommend that anyone who lives in the Outer Banks use them for their state inspections.

Girlfriend went to get oil chance they forgot to put the cap back on and she drove the oil out of the car! Called this morning talked to Katie amazing person took care of the Problem and we came to a fix to the Problem! Customer Service 5 Stars!

Edit: I expected the sarcasm and rudeness of the front desk was a one off from the pressure of being so busy but nope it's a normal occurance. Just a heads up. Find a place that cares you not your dollar. This place is completly unorganized with a first come first serve line system. I get the process but they don't have room for the amount of business they're doing. There's cars parked all over the lot, the side of the road, and adjacent businesses with no indication of where you need to go to get "in-line". Complete confusion and checking in at the office is of no help.

I had to get a tire replacement here when I was in a bind (though like many shops around here they also don't carry Bridgestone) but the replacement I got has been fine. My problem however is upon picking up my vehicle, I was not told what the problem was with my damaged tire and instead just handed over money and pushed out the door. Only when I asked what the issue was, the lady behind the counter acted like she had a chip on her shoulder like most people do around here (likely the manager or owner) and snapped back at me with a "if you'll wait a minute I'll tell you" when that was all you had to do to begin with. Moreover, I have a tire pressure system that requires special caps to show the psi levels in each tire. They did not put the cap back on and now I'm left with 3 and an incompl

They WILL change your oil. They WILL NOT take responsibility for their work. This was the next day after they forgot to install the oring on the oil filter. I would steer clear of this place.
