So I scheduled a routine oil change and rotation at B&E On 19 January 2026. The next day I checked the oil level in my vehicle and it was overfilled by about half a quart. I called them told him the issue and they said take it back in and we will remove the access oil. I went back the next day. They took my car in the back. The technician came out about 20 minutes later and said I’m all set. The following day Wednesday 21 January I checked the oil level again and I was surprisingly under-filled now by 3/4 of a quart. I’m new to the area. I just moved here three months ago looking for a reliable place and obviously this is not the place. How hard is it to do a routine oil change look up how much oil is required for that vehicle. The sad part is I had to supply my own oil because they don’

First service of the day, everything explained thoroughly, promptly completed oil change, tire rotation and 14 point inspection. Fairly priced and out the door by 8:30 am. Definitely my go-to for all future car service on my Toyota Camry!

While traveling through the area I experienced brake problems. These guys managed to get me in same day and fix the problem quickly and cost effectively. More importantly, they listened, worked with my terms and didn't try to upsell despite knowing I was in a vulnerable situation. I respect that and left pleased with the work they did.
