Great rates and EXCELLENT service at the Dagsboro DE location on Auto Works Ave. They were able to accommodate me when I needed to modify my rental time. The rates are great ad they have a large selection of vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I don’t even know where to begin with this place. The past few times I’ve rented here have been disappointing and frustrating and this last time- which will be the very last time- has been an unacceptable experience. I reserved an suv in advance because I specifically needed one only to show up and be told they didn’t have any. To “make up for that”, I was told I would be waived the refueling charge. Not only was I charged the refueling charge, when I called (multiple times) and was told it would be refunded, it was never taken care of and refunded. Not only that, they charged my wrong card (that I specifically told them not to put the final charge on). I've had my fair share of experiences with car rental companies to travel for work. I must say, this Dagsboro Enterprise experience was extremely positive. Very friendly gentleman checked me in, was super kind and positive through the whole experience. Took less than 10min from arrival to driving away. Would recommend!

Working with the Enterprise staff is always smooth and easy. They get you in and out quickly and have oustanding customer service. They appreciate your business.

The entire experience was bad..from the toll free reservation number saying I had a reservation at my local rental office only to have the local office tell me they had no car for me and leave me stranded. After finding a car at another location (miles from home) To double charging my credit card, taking a week after the return and another visit to the office to get my bill corrected. Not calling me back after they said they would...I could go on but I think you get it!
