Eastern Shore Auto Repair went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. I recently dropped off my work van for an intake fault that was beyond my mechanical skill, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. Charity the service manager was incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what was likely going on, what they would check, and how they planned to approach the repair. Communication was clear, honest, and detailed throughout the entire process. Our Jeep wouldn't start after we stopped by ES Motors on a Sunday to look at some used cars on their lot. We dropped our keys and a note in Eastern Shore Auto Repair's afterhours drop box. They took it in first thing the next morning and had it fixed later that day. We're very pleased with their service and communication.
