Driving from Texan, just passing through. Woke up this morning, truck won’t start, not sure of problem. Called roadside assistance, “Beaty Towing will respond within 2 hrs”. Spoke with Preston on the phone and he said he was on the way, quick, friendly response. Being on a Sunday, the dealership was closed but he made several calls trying to expedite the process. He also recommended a couple of hotel options and gave me a ride. I was in the emergency field (paramedic) for almost forty years. Traveling away from home, new surroundings, not knowing anyone when something happens can really cause unnecessary anxiety/stress to us all. Preston was a welcoming sight, with a hometown friendly attitude, good equipment, and fast service to get us both out of the cold wind and rain. Great experience

Have nothing but praise for Beaty towing. Our car was hit on our way to vacation and he came right away on a Sunday to tow it . He goes above and beyond for customer. He stayed in constant communication with me and even cleaned out my belongings and mailed them to me. I super highly recommend using them . So rare to find service like that anymore. Nothing but praise and thanks to Beaty Towing. Not only did he do a fantastic job towing my truck but he did it on a Sunday!!!! i was stuck pretty much in the middle of no where (had cell service for once) and Beaty Towing stopped his day to help mine!!! I have nothing but the utmost respect for this company and would never hesitate to call on them for help once again. If you ever need a tow please please give this company your business, they are truly one of a kind in todays world with customer service.

Don’t look anywhere else. Preston is the best around! My family was headed back from the beach when we broke down at the Crossville rest stop. Called Bailey’s tow and he was there within 30 minutes. He also called to let us know our Suburban was safely delivered to Carlen Motors for repair and told us to have a safe trip home. We felt safe with our vehicle in his hands and that we could continue our trip home from vacation. We highly recommend Bailey’s towing. He is the best around!
