The best laundromat in Crossville. Love their customer service, friendly staff. Washing machines and dryers are consistently in top working order. Free WiFi, television. Truly appreciate how clean the machines and floors are!!! Thank you Wash & Dry Laundry!!!

The building is always clean and the staff are very friendly. They are always willing to help and if anything isn't working they take care of it immediately. I had never been to a laundromat before and I was very nervous at first. They are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The other customers in the building have also been nice.

Parking is excellent and well-lit. The facilities are clean and spacious, with plenty of rolling baskets and tables for folding laundry. Prices are slightly better than average for the area. There is a payment app, as well as an on-site ATM and change machines. The machines, which include several top-loading washers, are all clean and well-maintained. Laundry supplies, snacks, and drinks are available for purchase from vending machines and the public restroom is kept clean. There are attendants present during business hours, and I have found the proprietors and staff to all be extremely kind and helpful! I drive 45 minutes—past many closer, but inferior, laundromats—on my way to Wash 'n' Dry Laundry, because my experience is so much better than at the other places I've tried, and life

Very clean facilities, huge washer & dryer did a fabulous job on my down comforter! On site attendant friendly, helpful & extremely customer-focused. Only drawback, machines don’t use credit cards but attendant changed large bills to accommodate machine that gave quarters. I’ll be back. Thank you.
