My Chevy truck was towed here by AAA. It is an approved AAA facility for good reason. Their professionalism is top notch and they’re super efficient. Service Advisor Michael B. helped me feel like my truck was in great hands from the start. Manager Jimmy S. took care of the rest. He worked with my budget and went above and beyond what was expected to ensure my truck was running safely. I made the mistake of hiring a mobile mechanic (AVOID THIS) and after one week my truck was still NOT fixed. Prior to that, I took my truck to Firestone and it broke down one week later. I am a BIG FAN of Carfix because they are competent, fair, offer shuttle service, and they DROVE my vehicle (SO important folks) without me having to ask. They even fixed my power windows that were broken for 4 LONG years. M

I am the second owner of a cool old truck, A 2021 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with 4.7 v8 engine and 85,000 mile on it. Took it in for an oil change at store Crossviler# 1. They were running a special with a vehicle inspection and tire rotation. They adjusted my air pressure per my request. You won’t get that at a quick oil change place. They found some repairs that I will address. I know it’s their job to look for potential repairs. I want to be made aware what’s future repairs required. Michael Bolin my service writer was into this old classic vehicle as much as I am. Service technician who I spoke with was polite and was into old truck, spot on with his work. We had a blowout on I-40 heading to my father’s funeral. Tyler and team at CARFIX did everything possible to get us safely, smoothly and quickly back on the road with 4 new run flat tires. Brought a truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and unfortunately ran into brake issues needing immediate attention. But for a reasonable price, the issues were quickly addressed that day. I’d originally planned to head to work after oil and tire maintenance, but the repairs meant it wasn’t going to be ready to get to work on time. Thankfully, Carfix provided a very new and clean loaner vehicle at no additional charge and had me out the door to work while they completed repairs. The work was solid and their service team is well appreciated.
