I broke down on Highway 40 west bound exit 240. I call him and he get to me very fast and got my Van out of the road to the dealer I want to towl to 120 miles safely without any damage. Craig Bryant saved our night!!! It was snowing wet and cold, he was in middle of another tow, he came quickly and pulled us out of the mud!!! We were in a tesla which is not good to be stuck in mud with 20% battery trying to keep warm waiting on other promises to come in the morning. Great professional service. Got a screw in my tire and of course the type of vehicle i have comes with no spare. I called around to get someone to help with no luck. I then found the number for Eagle. I called and got Craig. He said he doesn't do plugs. I explained my situation. He agreed to do it at a reasonable price considering where I live. He was here in about an hour from when I called which is great since I live 25 minutes out of town. Thanks again Craig for working with me and getting me back on the road.

Craig is truly a God-send. We were stranded in the middle of a snowstorm in Crossville after getting a flat tire. I called my insurance for roadside assistance, but after waiting and calling multiple companies myself, no one was available. Out of desperation, I contacted Eagle Towing and Hauling LLC, and Craig answered—even though he was already in bed. Without hesitation, he said, “Let me put something on, I’ll head out to you.” He arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, calm, and professional, and managed to fix our tire when even the highway patrol couldn’t. We thought our nightmare was over and headed back toward Nashville, but about 30 minutes down the road, our car completely shut down with engine issues. They arrived incredibly fast, were professional and friendly, and had my truck out in about 5 minutes. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
