Costumer service excellent! Friendly staff. I dropped off my vehicle for estimate and then again to have work done. Both times I waited My turn or for my ride. I noticed not much of a customer service waiting area. Coffee, hot chocolate or cups for water. Maybe music or tv to help pass the time. Thanks Becks
When we stopped at Beck Motors we had not planned to buy a vehicle! Then Jerry appeared, and guess what, we did!! Jerry was so much fun to work with. He made something that normally is stressful into an amazing and enjoyable experience. All of Beck Motor's team are knowledgeable and great to work with!! I highly recommend them.!
