Dropped off my Honda. They had it for a week, said it was running and to come get it. Went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. They kept it for another 4 months and every time I called (once a week) they would say they were still tinkering with it. Went to pick it up and they had to dig it out from the way back behind other projects.
If I could put a 6th start,I would. I broke on a Friday afternoon, while riding SD. The tow truck driver recommended Peterson. I arrived late on Friday and they took me in first thing Saturday morning. They were honest and transparent. They were committed to put me back on the bike, and continue riding as fast as they could. This could have been a miserable experience and as a result of quick thinking, resourcefulness and willingness to help it was not. I highly recommend the folks at Peterson, service, or purchase.
