I rolled into town about midnight and my suburban went into safe mode. Beck’s was able to get me in the next day, loaner car to help me get around for a few days for legislator work, and had me back on the road! Excellent communication. Very helpful. Timely. I had a great experience at Beck Motors-Service Department in Pierre, SD for my first vehicle inspection and maintenance, including an oil change, tire rotation, brake and air filter check. My sales agent, Sebastian, even took the time to chat with me while I was waiting, which I really appreciated. Desirae from the Service Department was extremely helpful and professional, and she made sure everything was clearly explained. The entire service was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They have a great service, told me the possible problems, cost and time. They hsve done the work on time and they even had the car warm waiting nside the shop for me to pick it up. This was impressive. Oh! They also have all sorts of snacks, coffe, hot coco and teas by the waiting room. Very nice! I am 😊 happy, price was very fair.

The person I worked with was great! They got me in quickly for an oil change. They allowed me to continue working on the show room while I waited. They came and got me when my truck was ready and pulled it right up front for me. Great customer service.

Beck Motors is always friendly and easy to deal with. Having your car in the shop is stressful but they keep you updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
