Stopped in for a 2” muffler, some exhaust pipe adapters, the necessary clamps and a 7 ft chunk of pipe to put an exhaust back on my Jeep. They carry a lot of exhaust parts, they had everything I needed besides the 7 ft chunk of pipe. They were able to order. Came in 3 days later for me to pickup after work, at an affordable price. Spoke with parts specialist Justin he was very prompt it finding what I needed as well as helping get what I needed ordered. Customer service was great. “Customer service reached out, was something to do with the weather so entirely out of their control, changed from a 3 star to a 5 star.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and I personally would not buy my auto parts from anyone else, these guys have great customer service and I highly recommend them.

I replaced a starter in Texas and they took the core back in South Dakota. I didn’t have the receipt and they figured out how to find the receipt in Texas on the system. This team was really helpful and trained another employee how to look up receipts in different location. Super Helpful!!! 🎈 🎈 🎈 I even caught a big fish and replaced a starter in the same day, double bonus 🎣

We were traveling out of state and a wheel bearing broke on our truck while on the interstate. Very scary-had to pull over. We called AAA, but they were having trouble finding a tow company since we were in the boonies- so my husband thought he would just fix it since he works on cars- if he could get parts. So husband found O'Reilly Auto Parts online and called to see if they had parts, and by chance- would they bring them to us? Unbelievable how empathetic they were!! Their staff was very caring when we called and offered to help us out. Trina ending up spending alot of time on phone helping husband get parts, and Chuck drove 45 min to and from the auto shop- twice- to bring us parts to fix it!! We can't thank them enough for their kindness and for going out of their way to help us out!
