I can't stress enough how amazing this shop is!!! Not only do they warranty a lot of parts that many places do not and are very competitive with their pricing, but they are also great to their customers. Both the manager, Josh, and the tech, Andy, went WAY above and beyond for me today!!!! Like way above what was their job description, just to make sure I was good to go and safe to travel, so I could handle family business related to a death. They didn't have to do any of it, but they did. They honestly gave me back hope that I had lost completely and I will never forget that. They also gained a forever customer. Thanks again guys, for everything!!!!!!

The Belle Tire team in Bay City is top notch! We were on a family vacation and got a flat tire. Zach was very professional over the phone and assured he’d be able to get us in and out and back on the road! The kids were a bit freaked out at first but the belle tire team here in Bay City calmed their nerves and made us feel right at home! 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the people at Belle Tire. The price match option made this a good first time option, and we will be going back. An assistant manager, Zach, recommended an alternative tire by General and it is better than what I had on the car previously. I highly reccommend this place.

I stopped there about 9ish to see if they could replace some tire sensors and lugnuts, and they got me in and had it done in less than 2 hours! Very affordable prices and great work!

Josh at Belle Tire is so easy to work with. I appreciate his knowledge, patience and recommendations when choosing the best, affordable tire. My car was ready to go pretty quick. Which I was expecting getting new tires would at least be an all day event. But the team made it quick and painless! Thanks again!
