Belle Tire

They did a lot of work on my car all in the same day! I bought a used car that I knew needed a little work but wasn’t expecting to do it till spring until my right rear brake froze up on me in January. I brought it in for a 3pm check and they were able to fix the brakes and a bunch of things even put on tires at a great price all right then and there so I could drive to Chicago on Monday! So greatful for how helpful Brynn and the Manager were! He even let me borrow his WiFi to finish sending off work I was doing because theirs shut off at 7. So helpful and reasonable! Would absolutely come back again! Thanks so much!

I bought my new tires through this store last year and had a good experience. Recently had my valve stem covers rust onto my tire, and I thought to come back here since I liked their last job. Called this place, and the guy on the phone was very nice and informational, and had a laugh when I told him what happened (happens all the time apparently lol). Got my truck in, fixed the problem within two hours, and didn't even charge me! Definitely will be coming back next time I need something looked at

5 stars, and additionally a huge shout-out to Scott and Ethan. my tire blew and my rim cracked in half after a nasty altercation with a pothole. I thought it was over for me and my little car! thankfully, I brought it in to this Belle Tire and I got a brand new rim and two new tires for under $700. they called me every step of the way to make sure I was kept in the loop, gave me options and cost breakdowns of everything, which gave me a lot of peace-of-mind. in the throes of my anxiety after the initial tire explosion, Scott was very professional, polite, and gave me a good chuckle which was really kind of him. I would recommend their services to anyone, and will definitely be coming back for maintenance in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Ethan this morning. He was helpful and informative on both of my concerns. They had my car completed very quickly. I will continue to come to this location and recommend to all.

If you're a woman, DON'T DO IT. I have been dealing with Belle for over a year and every experience has been horrible. There are many Belle employees that treat women customers horribly and disrespectful ALL the way up the chain, Mike from customer service actually hung up the phone on me while I was attempting to solve a previous issue. I have been told that I am taking money out of all of their pockets because I wanted the rebate offer for my very expensive tires.. here's the thing, when I am fortunate enough to have my husband take care of things he is never treated poorly. Now because I have purchased two very expensive sets of tires , I am basically stuck or pay maintenance at a company. Save yourself the aggrevation and go down the road to the next tire company.
