My experience with this repair shop is very pleasant. My truck's engine was overheating when I got off the freeway and parked next to the safeway so they are closest to me and was recommended by a friend. Prior to brining my truck there, I've tried to add coolant and realized the coolant was leaking from the back of the engine so I took it here immediately and Najib was able to figure out the problem and have it fix in 2 days. Communication has been very clear and resposive throught out the situation and he had shown my the parts the was broken and told me where the leaks were happening.

My low tire pressure light came on when driving from the Sacramento area to visit family in Belmont. I had them topped up on the drive but wanted them actually checked to see that they kept the air overnight before driving back home.They checked my tires and let me know they were fine, actually a bit over full and he fixed that and did not charge me. All on a day he was clearly very busy. So reassuring!

I would put negative but that's not an option unfortunately I'm having to do this for my mother because she has leukemia I call these gentlemen and ask them if they could do the car for me or RV I told him it's pretty big it's actually huge they said sure come in at 9:00 a.m. so I wait park the car up the hill stay in the van overnight drive down to the bottom of the hill pull into their station they asked me for my ID which is odd because I've never once been asked for my ID after asking me for my ID they then told me that it's too much of a hassle for them that they don't want to do it well let me tell you folks you better hope that whatever thing they're working on for your car doesn't become a hassle

Unfortunately shops like these are why people have so much distrust in mechanics. Estimated $1400 for a $850 water pump job. They charge $250/labor (avg labor rates are $120-$180 max) and have an exceptionally high diagnosis fee of $250 as well. Been in the car industry a long time and it’s a shame to see such a poor operation. Take your business elsewhere into better hands.
