Poor customer service. I went in asking for help or even for the associate to just step out and look at my tire to see if they could help, the associate proceeded to say “I’m on break it’ll be at least an hour before I’m back on duty.” As he was just sitting at the desk. Why bother stopping here, you can go 4 mins up the road for exceptional service.

Really rude wouldn’t give service, idk how they are in business. Office could use a deep clean there was puppy pads all over the floor.. just go to Mcgriff.

I drove in on a flat at 8am. The debit/credit machine was down. Not enough cash for a tire but bank with Traditions Bank and have checks but I do not live IN Cullman. They needed cash ONLY and would not help me. I drove out in the same flat I drove in on.

My 16 year old daughter dropped her car off to get new tires. Her tire pressure sensor was broken while installing new tires and owner refuses to replace . I would give less than 1 star . Take your business elsewhere .

This is one of the few honest tire stores in Cullman. Mechanic checked my van for alignment and came back and informed me it didn't need an alignment. Charge was only $25 to check. Most shops would have charged full price and done nothing. Very honest business. Highly recommend this business. Even has a dog that will keep you entertained while waiting.
