Chris is hands down one of the most skilled auto repair managers I've ever encountered on the front range. This is the right establishment for getting honest and efficient work done. Most people know that a lot of other auto repair shops cannot be relied upon to provide competent service, because they don't retain the best mechanics to initially diagnose an automobile breakdown correctly. However, I was fortunate enough to discover that Berkenkotter Garage's mechanics have the knowledge and experience to properly diagnose and fix anything I bring in (thus saving me, the customer a lot of valuable time and money).

This place has a great team. Chris was absolutely amazing at not only getting the problem fixed, but he kept me informed the whole time. Awesome customer service, highly recommended! Edit- it seems none of the work they perform holds up. 5 Star down to 2 stars.

Looking through the reviews for this shop, I’ve noticed that there is only one review that actually has some effort out into it, positive or negative. I’ll give a review with a lot of thought put into it. This shop is terrible. I have purchased three vehicles through Berkenkotter, a 1998 24 valve dodge and a 1999 Dakota from the south castle rock lot and a 2006 24 valve dodge from the Parker lot. I dare say that right there makes me a loyal customer. I lost control of the 98 on the highway and totaled it avoiding a deer at 75 mph. I had the Dakota as a secondary vehicle but eventually replaced it with a Jeep for the wife from another dealer. I decided it was time to get another diesel for my work so I got the 2006 from Parker.
