Liberty Express Wash

Just got my car washed at Liberty Express and I’m genuinely impressed! My wife and I have tried several car washes around Castle Rock, but this place really stands out from the competition. The whole process was super smooth and efficient - no long waits, clear signage telling you exactly what to do, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have multiple wash packages to choose from, so you can get exactly what your car needs without paying for extras you don’t want. What really impressed me was the quality of the wash itself. My Porsche 718 came out spotless - they got all the Colorado road grime and dust off perfectly, and the drying system actually works! I am a picky person sometimes and when I bought my truck I was extra picky this time trying to keep the paint clean and the truck clean. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I talked to the owner who was more than willing to explain the process and the different chemicals used. Even explained how the molecules mesh together in the process. Very knowledgeable guy. Get your car washed here and you won’t regret it. I’ve tried it with the brushes on and off now.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Pulled in this morning when the place was completely empty. There are multiple lanes that appear to function the same. I chose one, paid $30 for the top-tier wash, and the gate opened. Before I could even proceed, an employee ran over to confront me about being in the “wrong” lane and started lecturing me about member vs. standard lanes. There was absolutely no reason to engage me at all. No one else was there. The lanes operate the same. I had already paid. A simple “thank you” would have been appropriate — instead, I got an unnecessary lecture. For $30, I expect professionalism. The wash itself is just average — it’s a basic automatic wash, nothing special. But the customer experience made it worse. I came here to clean my car, not experience a full-blown holiday miracle… but here we are. While vacuuming, I accidentally sucked up my daughter’s favorite pink Barbie boot. I instantly saw my life flash before my eyes, mostly in the form of a toddler losing her mind over Barbie’s missing shoe. The staff didn’t even flinch. They went straight into superhero mode, opened up the vacuum trash (which… bless them), and actually found the tiny pink boot. I’m not saying they saved Christmas, but they definitely saved my afternoon. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond and isn’t afraid to dig through vacuum trash for you, this is it. Barbie is fully dressed again, my toddler is happy, and I will forever be loyal to this car wash. Highly recommend.🎄✨

Great car wash! I have been a member here for two years along with my husband and have always had excellent service from the attendants who help make sure your car is either scanned in or helping people with payments and hand spraying off car prior to it going through the wash. No long lines to wait for car wash and plenty of vacuum spaces available when you finish. Great business and sad to be moving away and not have this place near me. This is a local and family owned business and the membership has been more than worth it over the years
