No chasing people down for answers or wondering what was going on with my car. They were easy to work with, explained everything in a way that actually made sense (not just “car mechanic language”), and the pricing was very fair. No surprises, no upselling—just honest service. The work was done quickly and correctly, and my car is running great. It’s refreshing to find a place that’s professional, reliable, and still friendly and easygoing. Highly recommend!

This is the ONLY place I take my cars. Because of his extensive experience working in the service department at Toyota, I trust Shane and the team at Elite to care for every need with my Lexus vehicles, including a 20 year old GX470 and a 12 year old CT200h hybrid. I also bring a 25 year old Tacoma to him and he does great work keeping it on the road. They are personally responsive to my texts or calls and tell me the best way to get the services needed at an affordable price. They also tell me what I don’t need ever, or right now. Last September I had a radiator side tank blow out on one of my work vans. I contacted Elite Auto Works in Castle Rock, Colorado, and they got the van in right away! They did an outstanding job from start to finish and did all the additional tests to ensure we didn’t have a bad head gasket too. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to top-notch service. Where they really showed their true character was when the radiator went bad again. They covered the repair and Tow Bill. I offered to pay for fluids and some other recommend maintenance we wanted to get done at the same time. Elite Auto Works is no doubt the place to go!
