Had a great experience with Wessbecker. Towed our truck in because it was not starting. They diagnosed it, and it was out of their wheelhouse and needed to be towed to a dealer. Wessbecker was great with helping us get this solved and did not over charge us for any unnecessary items. Would Highly recommend.

Excellent service. My vehicle began leaking oil from what looked like the main seal. Was quoted a decent price but when I picked up the vehicle, Mr. Mechanic told me that he actually found the issue somewhere else and the cost would not be as much. The cost was basically cut in half. They could have very easily, like a lot of shops and just charged me anyway. Very HONEST, DEPENDABLE PEOPLE. Get all your work done here!

This is the first time I have use Wessbecker Automotive Repairs for service on my cars. I had them do an oil change, tire rotation and inspection on my Hyundai Santa Fe. They were easy to work with and the pricing was more than fair. I then asked them if they could take a look at my wife's Nissan Murano which had a oil leak. They did and determined that it wasn't an oil leak, but a transfer case leak. It turned into a bit more once they opened everything up and Jason was quick to call me and give me a revised estimate. The work was then done over the next day, again at what I determined to be a more than fair price, and Jason took time to explain the added work and reasons for it. I couldn't be more satisfied. Let me start by saying I rarely leave reviews because it is rare for a place to be more than average. Wessbecker over the years has impressed me enough to warrant a 5 star review though. They are the reason my truck has 220,000 miles and is still on the road. I recommend them to family and they have never disappointed. They fix only what is needed and charge very reasonable prices. It is hard to find a good trustworthy mechanic but I have used them for years and will continue to do so and continue to recommend them to everyone because they have proved themselves to me and my family time and time again. Honest! Honest! Honest! Good! Good! Good! I’ve been going to Wessbecker for many years. The following is just one of many examples why: Wessbecker did a super job using top quality parts when they replaced my wife’s Sequoia brakes a few years ago. I recently had 60k miles on my car, and some room when I depressed the brake pedal. I assumed it was time for a brake job. I took it in for my appointment and Jason called me and said I had 60% brake left in back and 50% in front, so I didn’t need a brake job. Now if he had replaced the brakes, as I’d requested, I would have never been the wiser. Do you trust your shop to do what Jason did? These guys are super.
