Brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change, mechanic claimed a rear seal was out and out bad I might add. This was covered under our warranty however i couldn't see any leaking anywhere and yes i looked thoroughly. They did the work, didn't get it done that day even tho they claimed it was only a 4 hour job... when we picked our vehicle up we immediately noticed the steering wheel was about 120deg off center to the right. Brought it back right away, the guy at the service desk was polite and said they would do an alignment to correct the problem however we heard the mechanic freaking out about it saying he wasn't anywhere near the front. Extremely Rude! So we have them do the alignment which did center the steering wheel back up however since then we could hear this loud clunk coming
The most Friendly staff I've ever dealt with. Oh yeah they did a great job servicing my truck!
Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Nate helped me and was pleasant and very professional. Would recommend Bernard's and especially Nate to my friends.
