O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts (in New Richmond, WI) for the first time today and was very impressed. As soon as I walked in the door, employees welcomed me and offered me assistance. They helped me find the windshield wipers I was looking for and even installed them for me for free! My entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to enroll me in a free rewards program that provided me with a 1 year warranty on my windshield wipers. I will definitely go back the next time I need parts for my car. Of note, they also offer a military discount. I have an extra appreciation for any business that helps support the troops!

I brought my car to buy a bulb for my car, for my reverse light. Dylan helped me put it in. I was so grateful he didn't even charge me much at all. What a great employee!

I've been having constant issues with my truck and Owen has went above and beyond multiple times and even coming outside in the cold and helping me try and diagnose my truck! Owen is a top tier employee and I hope nothing but the absolute best for that above and beyond employee!
