I highly recommend! Saved me over 100$ in towing. Mr Ennis was fantastic and really calmed my nerves! He repected me and did not rush to load my car. Great experience!

Pulled my car out of the ditch, got to me in 15 minutes and was very fast and efficient!! Super kind as well.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting and rude! Dishonest and unprofessional and no respect for people’s property. Has my car towed by them and for two full days of non stop rain, they claimed they couldn’t find the keys to start my 2014 Chevy impala! They stated they couldn’t fine the keys and when trying to start the car, my car said No Remote detected…. WHAT A BUNCH OF BS!! My car is a push to start, and had a key that’s always in the car in the center council. After pay them a RIDICULOUS towing fee of 681.00 they said the car is around the corner! I get to my car and see every window down and everything I had in my car was destroyed due to being rained on for two days. I had and inch of standing water on my front and rear floor! I called a different towing company in town due to me locking my keys in my car and they said they would be to my location from 30 mins- an hour. New Richmond towing charged me half the price and was there in 2 minutes. Chris was so nice!! Great price, great employee and extremely fast! Thank you for your amazing service!
