I never expected to bring my car to this shop, but when an unexpected issue came up, I had it towed here because it was close by, and I’m so glad I did. Debra was incredibly patient with my constant calls, and Travis took the time to walk me through everything, even though I know very little about cars. When I had to bring the car back because of a random warning light, they didn’t hesitate. They jumped right in, assessed the issue, and made sure everything was right. For their patience, professionalism, and genuinely helpful approach, they’ve earned a customer for good. Thank you.

They were quick and got my truck in faster then they thought. They are also reasonable on price. However when I picked truck up the abs light was on. So as a car guy I looked over repairs to find ECM not replace to its mount, abs controller un plugged and battery hold down and bracket not reinstalled and just laying on passenger floor after battery replacement. That being said they did get the truck back up and running. I do have a couple other issues that were not addressed, but would still use them again

This was just another time where RMF went above and beyond for me and my family… when something was missed they corrected for no cost. In 2018 they even gave our daughter a free tire after someone had slashed her tires a second time. I ALWAYS recommend RMF
