Excellent experience at Bert’s Triumph & Indian Motorcycle. Jeff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire process easy and pressure-free. I had the opportunity to test ride the Triumph 660, which was a beautiful and smooth machine. I’m personally waiting for the upcoming Triumph 800 for a little more power, but the service and overall atmosphere really stood out to me. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re considering a Triumph, great people and a great riding experience.

I couldn’t have had a better experience here. Jason and Doug were amazing and helped me with everything I needed. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in an American store. The friendliness was sensational, and I would go back anytime. I also highly recommend their online store since they ship worldwide. In the shop itself, you can find every Indian Motorcycle imaginable. It’s definitely worth a visit. Huge thanks to Jason and Doug!

Bert's Black Pearl is excellent. I reached out to Josh on a nice used bike, and was honest and upfront and a no nonsense salesperson who just wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered and my needs met. They're all a great group of people that work at that dealership, and they've got a ton of new and used bikes (the floor was packed with bikes as they were in the middle of taking photos of them all). I've never seen so many bikes inside a dealership (it's a big sales floor too). They have a bike for your every need. I left there and even though it was 170 miles from me, I'll be going back to that dealership and working with Josh and the team there for all my future needs. Big dealer, knowledgable people, friendly to. Brought my newish Scout 60 to them for a handling issue that IMotorSports could not find, fix, and decided nothing was wrong. Bert's service team listened to my description of the problem and in a couple days had an answer for repairs that most probably would correct the problem. And well, they were correct and now i feel in control and safe at speeds above 50mph. Will now only take my bike to Bert's for servicing
