DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I cannot stress this enough. They screwed me over horribly. I paid over 800 dollars for repairs, and one year later, I was having issues so I took my car to get looked at someplace else. I was then told whatever got worked on at Best Auto was not done correctly. I am now having to spend over 2000 dollars to fix their mistake. Will never be going here again.

Had a stripped oil plug from a corporate mechanic shop chain from previous oil change. Other shops tried telling me they wouldn’t mess with it and tried to charge me $799 for new oil plan. These guys handled it no problem and even used the oil and filter I already purchased. Good and decent people.

Love this place…. You can always count on them to give you a fair price for the work that actually needs to be completed. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, but I found it here.

I used to go to this place, they have fair prices, but they missed a big problem with my car and tried to blame me for it. I had an issue where my brake pads were wearing down within 6 months which is odd because that's not normal for my car. I wondered if the wrong brake pad were being installed but I was assured that want it. I was also told the rotors always need to be changed when you change the pads, which i thought was odd. Six months after getting them changed they were written down again. They didn't charge me for the replacement because they were under warranty but then nine months after that I hear an odd grinding sound. Had a friend look at it and, yep, brake pads are worn down.
